Keith Allen - Keith Allen

A Chicago native, Keith grew up immersed in football, baseball and basketball at Naperville Central where he played against former NBA player, turned Miami Heat Assistant Coach, Juwan Howard. His love of sports continued after school and he's been actively engaged in the local and international athletic communities ever since. Although initially starting his career as a player, he's established a reputable eye for identifying top talent players on the cusp of greatness and many in the world of professional sports have come to rely on Keith's recommendations.

At home, Keith has two wonderful children, Aliviyah and Connor Allen. He is a strong believer that humbleness isn't something one can claim and that patience is a fact of life, hence, his love of fishing makes him feel more in tune with the world.

Dana Nicole Anderson - Dana Nicole Anderson

Dana is an avid fitness guru whose diverse background includes ballet, dance, and fitness. She has put her stamp on the Midwest in relation to marketing and start-up ventures. She is truly blessed with the gift of bringing out the best in everyone she works with. Leadership, empowerment, coaching, networking and a wide variety of film and video background tabs Dana as one of Chicago's savviest and most connected business professionals.

Bill Austin - Bill Austin

With over 20 years of sales and marketing experience to go along with 15 years in coaching, Bill is is well versed at spotting top talent and delivering first class service. Working with youth athletes and their families to make well informed career decisions has always been a passion and natural position for Bill. As a coach, he takes an active role in helping high school athletes make the collegiate transition when their exploring scholarship opportunities and ultimately picking a school that represents the best athletic and academic opportunity. Additionally, Bill leads a non-profit called Play On which raises money for athletes at all levels to pay for a variety of fees including, registration fees, camp fees, etc.. In addition to owning his own sales business, he volunteers with a local Grand Junction, CO special needs baseball program. Bill is a team player and has a genuine desire to see all clients presented with the best opportunities for success and prosperity in their athletic careers and beyond. 

Russ Bouse - Russ Bouse

Currently a small business owner and operator of a video production company, Mr. Bouse’s background is very diverse with extensive broadcasting and computer technical services, 10 years of managerial experience, as well as, 15 years of experience working within the field of education.

Mr. Bouse received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lewis University and also has a professional certificate degree in radio and television broadcasting from Illinois Center for Broadcasting.

During Mr. Bouse’s professional career, he was Director of Video and Production for the Chicago Eagles of the CIF football league. He has also interned for the Jerry Springer Show, landed a job as producer and on-air talent for the Kane County Cougars Baseball team for 95.9 WKKD radio, and produced a television segment for Roberto Benigni and Rei TV Italy. Mr. Bouse has also designed, built, and operated 4 television broadcast studios. During the summer, Mr. Bouse also takes great joy in filming his son’s football team.

Mr. Bouse was also privileged to work, on set, with such sports talents as: Gary Cobb former Dallas Cowboy and radio announcer, Brian Dawkins former Philadelphia Eagles, Brian Brooks former Pittsburg Steelers, Ron Jaworski NFL analyst on ESPN, Adam Taliaferro Penn State Nittany Lions, and Logan Ryan of the 2014 and 2016 NFL Champion New England Patriots.

Mr. Bouse also takes great pride, as a mentor, in the work his apprentices went on to produce. Students such as: Chad Cooper, New York “motion picture and television networks freelancer”; Jared Cooper, Phoenix “Cronkite News”; Dan Siegel, Orlando “Pixar”; and Meredith Ganzman, New York “The Jewish Channel”.

On a personal note, Mr. Bouse has been happily married for 18 years to his beautiful wife Anabelle and they have two wonderful children together.

Michelle Carney - Michelle Carney

An Emmy Award-winning and four-time Telly award recipient and native Chicagoan, Michelle Carney began her career in broadcast journalism with the Tribune Company in 1993, working in various script writing and producing capacities for CLTV, WGN and Tribune Digital Publishing for several years.

Michelle moved into the world of print for a change of pace, covering all the nightlife, dining and entertainment Chicago has to offer as the Managing Editor and Contributing Writer of Chicago SCENE magazine.

In 2007, Michelle moved to CelebTV, an Online Entertainment Network owned by Intersport. There she worked her way from Segment Producer to Executive Producer, writing, producing and managing the production team and studios. Michelle was integral in the launch of several branded content programs with corporate clients including The CW Network, Zales, TresSemme and Nexus haircare, McDonalds and many more.

Now at WCM, Michelle has found the perfect niche, offering her TV production talents to promote up-and-coming athletes while indulging her passion for sports. Her diehard favorites: UW Badgers, Chicago White Sox and Chicago Blackhawks.


Sam Detjen - Sam Detjen

Growing up in Boston, Sam played almost every sport as a child, and has continued his love of sports through his life. Sam works on the basketball side at WCM, helping athletes to find teams around the world that allow them to showcase their talents.

Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Sam currently lives in Evanston, Illinois where he attends Northwestern University. At Northwestern, Sam is double majoring in Statistics and Economics.  

Mike Dyer - Mike Dyer

Michael Dyer is currently taking Sports Management at Southern New Hampshire University. He was a three sports athlete in high school playing Football, Basketball and running Track and Field. After high school he went on to Otterbein University where he played NCAA Division 3 Football for a season, he still currently plays football for the Semi-Professional team Ohio Crush.

Following his Graduation at Southern New Hampshire University Michael hopes to get into the Sports Management industry possibly as an Agent or another role within the business side of Professional Sports.

Trinity Graves - Trinity Graves

Trinity Graves currently is a senior at The University of North Carolina at Pembroke majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She was raised in the small town of Mebane, North Carolina. Trinity grew up in the country but is a city girl at heart. She was introduced to sports at an early age because a sports game was always present at her family home. Trinity works with the player representative at WCM to help players find the best marketing deals that suit their brand. 

Matt Guedes - Matt Guedes

Over the course of his career, Matt has positioned himself as an executive leader and successful business owner. He is currently the Vice President of a major US based recycling company. In addition, Matt also owns and operates a hunting consulting business. His hard work and career success makes him one of WCM's most trusted advisors when it comes to positioning our clients to succeed in their desired L.A.B. fields.

Since a very young age, Matt has lived a very sports-centric lifestyle. At two, he was already on the sidelines with his father, a football coach with over 35 years of experience. In high school, Matt was a three-sport athlete and went on to be a four year letter winner and 1990 All-Centennial Conference 1st team linebacker for Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA. Since then, Matt has coached baseball, basketball, and football at all levels which included a head coaching position in Colorado. Matt and his family live an outdoor lifestyle on the Western Slope of the Rockies. His son Tekoah and two daughters, Baylee and Hollis, are already following his footsteps with athletic lifestyles.

Art Kimber - Art Kimber

Art Kimber is dedicated to helping athletes increase their team member performance through advanced and creative training techniques. His specialty is Strength and Agility Training. Mr. Kimber's training methods are designed to take an athlete's performance to the next level and create aggressive advantages for competing against other athlete's. Art and WCM believe that every athlete can increase their performance by incorporating our training programs with their current abilities, desire, talent and hard work, thereby creating great opportunities for that individual.

Jacob Levy - Jacob Levy

As a Massachusetts native, Jacob's passion for sports started at a young age. This passion only grew as he would listen to sports radio on his way to and from school every day. He is currently enrolled at Syracuse University majoring in Sports Management at the Falk College of Sport and Human Dynamics. Jacob is excited to be a part of the WCM team.

Ryan Otto - Ryan Otto

Ryan Otto is a Computer Science graduate from Drew University, where he studied various programming languages and frameworks with a focus on back-end development.

Following his Graduation from Drew University, Ryan began exploring opportunities to take on projects in web development, and would like to make a career out of it.  One day, he hopes to become a full-stack web engineer, dealing with as many aspects of the web as possible.

Tory Prasco - Tory Prasco

Tory Prasco is a partner with Burke Costanza & Carberry LLP and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Mr. Prasco counsels small and medium sized-businesses in numerous areas of business planning and real estate law. He routinely serves as general counsel for businesses and business owners by providing them with legal and business advice related to formation, operation and liquidation of business entities, business and tax planning, estate planning, mergers and acquisitions and real estate sales, purchases and financing. Tory handles all of the contractual agreements for all Future/Current WCM Clients and any legal issues that arise. Prasco also has a strong passion for sports therefore he really enjoys dealing with Professional Athletes on a daily basis.

Alexis Sinclair - Alexis Sinclair

Alexis works with our marketing department and administrative team to make sure all facets of the business are running at peak performance. She's part of our key personnel working behind the scenes supporting the entire WCM team. As part of her work, she's maintaining company policies, procedures and guidelines that ensure our company is operating as efficiently as possible. What makes Alexis so perfect for the position is her passion for sports and attention to detail. She's always watching SportsCenter, reading the latest sports articles and following the breaking news through her Twitter feed.

Sultan Sindhu - Sultan Sindhu

Sultan Sindhu has been with the WCM family for nearly two years and has recently accepted the role as Vice President of Basketball Operations for our firm.  Sultan attended DePaul university with a double major in Marketing and Sports Management.

With a strong work ethic and passion, Sultan has become an extremely valuable asset for our organization.  He spends a majority of his time scouting and developing relationship with prospective clients as well as supporting WCM’s current basketball clients all over the world.

Sultan lives in Chicago, where he is currently attending DePaul University pursuing a degree in Sports Management. Upon graduation, Sultan is planning to attend law school focusing on sports law. 

  •        Plan and book players trips for workouts, flights, hotels, etc.
  •        Maintain and develop relationships with many professional teams including NBA D-League, NBA, and professional overseas basketball teams
  •        Help build and maintain databases of global basketball leagues
  •        Work with analytics like statistics, percentages, draft projections, and players potential in identifying potential recruits
  •        Scout and recruit players that has led towards multiple signings for the agency
  •        Have successfully found our players jobs by building relationships with teams all over the world such as Venezuela, Spain, New Zealand, and Canada
  •        Created highlight videos for multiple clients, as well as player profiles for the website and to send out to teams

Matt’s passion for all sports began at a very young age. His love of sports, coupled with his vast knowledge of making brands and Companies grow, is why Matt is the perfect fit for WCM.

Matt currently lives in Northwest Indiana with his wife Renee, and three small children.

Derek Marques comes from a background in the Sports Media Industry and has extensive experience in finance. He has hands-on, interpersonal experience with both professional and amateur athletes.

Derek has devoted considerable time to promoting the underappreciated, off-field aspects of athletes in many different sports, and brings this set of values to his position at WCM. That interpersonal connection is a strength which he hopes to utilize to help grow WCM's brand, as well as to give his clients a more personalized kind of service. To this end, he spends a great deal of time on various social media platforms in order to strengthen those interpersonal ties with athletes and sports media figures.

Derek enjoys volunteer work in his local community, educating young adults on money management and how to choose a successful career for their futures.

Sean "The Sheriff" McMorrow was drafted by the Buffalo Sabres in the 8th round of the 2000 NHL Draft. As a late draft pick, it was a long shot that Sean would ever play in the NHL, but through his strong character and never give up attitude, Sean would indeed reach his dream by playing in his first NHL game, on March 22, 2003, verses his hometown team, the Toronto Maple Leafs. 
Over his career, Sean has played professionally in 4 different cities throughout North America, as well as overseas in the United Kingdom. No matter what team he has  played for in his career, he has always been the face of the franchise, both on and off the ice.  Sean is a Three-Time AHL Man of the Year award winner, which is given to the player who has the greatest impact in his team’s community.  Additionally, Sean holds multiple professional hockey World Records. 
When others are asked about Sean as a person, you will get a resounding answer of him being an extremely nice, original and loyal person. He is know for being an "enforcer" on the ice, but to his own team, he will go down as one of best "teammates" to ever play the game.  
Sean will now be on a mission to bring the same intensity, toughness, loyalty and consistency to the WCM players and staff!
