Bryan Oedzes - Bryan Oedzes

Bryan Oedzes recently joined the WCM team as Director of Diversity Relations and Community Outreach. Bryan is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Loyola University Chicago were we obtained a dual degree in Human Resource Management and Labor Law. Bryan has had a diverse career but spent the majority or it in Washington D.C. as a lobbyist working exclusively on the Farm Bill. In his capacity there Bryan focused on representing small family farmers, rural communities, and the Women and Infant Children Program (WIC).
Bryan moved back to Chicago in 2011 and has been an active part of the community every since. He has served as the Chair of the Missions Committee for Ridge United Church and the Northern Indiana Conference of Methodist Churches. Bryan served for 3 years as a Board Member of the Northwest Indiana Food Bank, and he was also a Scheduling Manager/Volunteer for 3 years at the State Street Men's Shelter run by the Hammond Baptist Church.

In his role at WCM Bryan is focusing on working with our athletes to understand how to work and thrive in the very diverse professional sports leagues that play in, and he helps them to reach out to their communities, giving back, sharing their gifts and the using the platform they have to make a positive impact and measured difference in the areas surrounding their team.

Dana Nicole Anderson - Dana Nicole Anderson

Dana is an avid fitness guru whose diverse background includes ballet, dance, and fitness. She has put her stamp on the Midwest in relation to marketing and start-up ventures. She is truly blessed with the gift of bringing out the best in everyone she works with. Leadership, empowerment, coaching, networking and a wide variety of film and video background tabs Dana as one of Chicago's savviest and most connected business professionals.

Bill Austin - Bill Austin

With over 20 years of sales and marketing experience to go along with 15 years in coaching, Bill is is well versed at spotting top talent and delivering first class service. Working with youth athletes and their families to make well informed career decisions has always been a passion and natural position for Bill. As a coach, he takes an active role in helping high school athletes make the collegiate transition when their exploring scholarship opportunities and ultimately picking a school that represents the best athletic and academic opportunity. Additionally, Bill leads a non-profit called Play On which raises money for athletes at all levels to pay for a variety of fees including, registration fees, camp fees, etc.. In addition to owning his own sales business, he volunteers with a local Grand Junction, CO special needs baseball program. Bill is a team player and has a genuine desire to see all clients presented with the best opportunities for success and prosperity in their athletic careers and beyond. 

Russ Bouse - Russ Bouse

Currently a small business owner and operator of a video production company, Mr. Bouse’s background is very diverse with extensive broadcasting and computer technical services, 10 years of managerial experience, as well as, 15 years of experience working within the field of education.

Mr. Bouse received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lewis University and also has a professional certificate degree in radio and television broadcasting from Illinois Center for Broadcasting.

During Mr. Bouse’s professional career, he was Director of Video and Production for the Chicago Eagles of the CIF football league. He has also interned for the Jerry Springer Show, landed a job as producer and on-air talent for the Kane County Cougars Baseball team for 95.9 WKKD radio, and produced a television segment for Roberto Benigni and Rei TV Italy. Mr. Bouse has also designed, built, and operated 4 television broadcast studios. During the summer, Mr. Bouse also takes great joy in filming his son’s football team.

Mr. Bouse was also privileged to work, on set, with such sports talents as: Gary Cobb former Dallas Cowboy and radio announcer, Brian Dawkins former Philadelphia Eagles, Brian Brooks former Pittsburg Steelers, Ron Jaworski NFL analyst on ESPN, Adam Taliaferro Penn State Nittany Lions, and Logan Ryan of the 2014 and 2016 NFL Champion New England Patriots.

Mr. Bouse also takes great pride, as a mentor, in the work his apprentices went on to produce. Students such as: Chad Cooper, New York “motion picture and television networks freelancer”; Jared Cooper, Phoenix “Cronkite News”; Dan Siegel, Orlando “Pixar”; and Meredith Ganzman, New York “The Jewish Channel”.

On a personal note, Mr. Bouse has been happily married for 18 years to his beautiful wife Anabelle and they have two wonderful children together.

Michelle Carney - Michelle Carney

An Emmy Award-winning and four-time Telly award recipient and native Chicagoan, Michelle Carney began her career in broadcast journalism with the Tribune Company in 1993, working in various script writing and producing capacities for CLTV, WGN and Tribune Digital Publishing for several years.

Michelle moved into the world of print for a change of pace, covering all the nightlife, dining and entertainment Chicago has to offer as the Managing Editor and Contributing Writer of Chicago SCENE magazine.

In 2007, Michelle moved to CelebTV, an Online Entertainment Network owned by Intersport. There she worked her way from Segment Producer to Executive Producer, writing, producing and managing the production team and studios. Michelle was integral in the launch of several branded content programs with corporate clients including The CW Network, Zales, TresSemme and Nexus haircare, McDonalds and many more.

Now at WCM, Michelle has found the perfect niche, offering her TV production talents to promote up-and-coming athletes while indulging her passion for sports. Her diehard favorites: UW Badgers, Chicago White Sox and Chicago Blackhawks.


Art Kimber - Art Kimber

Art Kimber is dedicated to helping athletes increase their team member performance through advanced and creative training techniques. His specialty is Strength and Agility Training. Mr. Kimber's training methods are designed to take an athlete's performance to the next level and create aggressive advantages for competing against other athlete's. Art and WCM believe that every athlete can increase their performance by incorporating our training programs with their current abilities, desire, talent and hard work, thereby creating great opportunities for that individual.

Tory Prasco - Tory Prasco

Tory Prasco is a partner with Burke Costanza & Carberry LLP and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Mr. Prasco counsels small and medium sized-businesses in numerous areas of business planning and real estate law. He routinely serves as general counsel for businesses and business owners by providing them with legal and business advice related to formation, operation and liquidation of business entities, business and tax planning, estate planning, mergers and acquisitions and real estate sales, purchases and financing. Tory handles all of the contractual agreements for all Future/Current WCM Clients and any legal issues that arise. Prasco also has a strong passion for sports therefore he really enjoys dealing with Professional Athletes on a daily basis.

Alexis Sinclair - Alexis Sinclair

Alexis works with our marketing department and administrative team to make sure all facets of the business are running at peak performance. She's part of our key personnel working behind the scenes supporting the entire WCM team. As part of her work, she's maintaining company policies, procedures and guidelines that ensure our company is operating as efficiently as possible. What makes Alexis so perfect for the position is her passion for sports and attention to detail. She's always watching SportsCenter, reading the latest sports articles and following the breaking news through her Twitter feed.

Sultan Sindhu - Sultan Sindhu

Sultan Sindhu has been with the WCM family for nearly two years and has recently accepted the role as Vice President of Basketball Operations for our firm.  Sultan attended DePaul university with a double major in Marketing and Sports Management.

With a strong work ethic and passion, Sultan has become an extremely valuable asset for our organization.  He spends a majority of his time scouting and developing relationship with prospective clients as well as supporting WCM’s current basketball clients all over the world.

Sultan lives in Chicago, where he is currently attending DePaul University pursuing a degree in Sports Management. Upon graduation, Sultan is planning to attend law school focusing on sports law. 

  •        Plan and book players trips for workouts, flights, hotels, etc.
  •        Maintain and develop relationships with many professional teams including NBA D-League, NBA, and professional overseas basketball teams
  •        Help build and maintain databases of global basketball leagues
  •        Work with analytics like statistics, percentages, draft projections, and players potential in identifying potential recruits
  •        Scout and recruit players that has led towards multiple signings for the agency
  •        Have successfully found our players jobs by building relationships with teams all over the world such as Venezuela, Spain, New Zealand, and Canada
  •        Created highlight videos for multiple clients, as well as player profiles for the website and to send out to teams

Brian Brundage, is certified to handle most sports, which allows him to maneuver and handle multiple roles for our firm.  A Dale Carnegie graduate and Chicago native, Brian has built a reputation as one of the Windy City's savviest entrepreneurs.

In building successful companies, Brundage has learned the value and importance of teamwork. His philosophy is to maintain a team atmosphere and allow people and personality to run the business. 

Brian has both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration, as well as a Doctorate of Philosophy in Sport Psychology. In his downtime, Brundage has earned a Gracie Purple Belt in Brazilian Jujitsu and has been boxing for over 3 years. 

Brian hopes to pass on his love for business and entrepreneurial passions, as well as his faith in the Lord to his three young sons, Austin, Brendan and Brody. Brian is happily married to the love of his life, Emily Brundage, and currently lives in Northwest Indiana.

Matt graduated from Collins College  with an Associates Degree in Visual Communications and continued his education at the Illinois Institute of Art with a Bachelors of Fine Arts. He then followed his art degrees with a Degree of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Studies at UIC. 

Matt’s passion for all sports began at a very young age. His love of sports, coupled with his vast knowledge of making brands and Companies grow, is why Matt is the perfect fit for the Chief Executive Officer of WCM.

Matt currently lives in Northwest Indiana with his wife Renee, and three small children.

Ashley Walton is an Arizona native who’s lifelong passion for sports contributed to her pursuing a career in the industry. Growing up in a sports-oriented family and constantly being surrounded by athletics grew her love and appreciation for sports. She has competed as an equestrian, in the event of show jumping, since the age of two, and began riding at the professional level when she was 15. Being an athlete helped her relate to others in sports, elevate her levels of determination and discipline, and cultivate her competitive spirit. Ashley has worked in major league baseball, produced content for several sport blogs, and analyzed games in the NFL and NBA.

She is attending Arizona State University’s W.P Carey School of Business, fulfilling a degree in Sports Business and Media before attaining a Masters in Sports Law.

Darrin is a U.S. Air Force Academy/Harvard Law School graduate with over 25 years of experience in representing many high-profile businesses, mid-growth companies, startups and individuals in various intellectual property matters involving patents, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights and rights of publicity.  As a U.S. Air Force Officer, Darrin received numerous medals/accommodations for his efforts in soliciting, negotiating and awarding U.S. Air Force contracts.  As a law student, Darrin focused on intellectual property law and his extracurricular law school activities included Journal of  Law and Technology and Committee on Sports and Entertainment Law.  Darrin consults with WCM on contractual and legal issues regarding WCM clients.
