ROYCE WHITE
Royce White - Forward

Royce White was selected as the 16th overall pick in the 2012 NBA draft. A legitimate 6’8” 260 pound forward, White has spent time in the NBA as well as the NBA Developmental League the last few years.

Coming out of high school, White was a highly recruited prospect with ESPN giving him a 94 grade. White ended his college ball career at Iowa State University, where he posted one of the best seasons in Iowa State history. Leading the team in scoring (13.4), rebounding (9.3), assists (5.0), steals (1.1), and blocks (0.9). Making him the only Division I basketball player to lead his team in all five statistics, which speaks highly of his all around game and skill set.

White earned Associated Press Honorable Mention, All-American honors, and Basketball Times’ National Newcomer of the Year.  He was a unanimous All-Big 12 First-Team selection, USBWA/NABC All-District pick, and Naismith Award Top-30 Watch list member. He was named Big 12 Newcomer of the Year. He was the only player from a power-six conference to rank in the top-100 nationally in rebounding (34th- 9.3), field goal percentage (36th- 53.4), and assists (57th- 5.0). He also ranked in the Big 12’s top-five in all three categories: 2nd in rebounding, 2nd in FG pct, and 5th in assists. He is just the second player in ISU history to lead his team in scoring, rebounding, and assists, the first being ex NBA player and current head coach of the Chicago Bulls, Fred Hoiberg (1994).

Royce has spent the last few years between the NBA and the D-league, having been signed to the Rockets, and multiple ten day contracts by the Sacremento Kings, including being called up multiple times. He played most recently for the Los Angeles Clippers summer league team in 2015, and was invited to the Knicks training camp this past summer in 2016. He spent his time in the D-League with the Reno Bighorns. At 25, Royce White is still a young and developing prospect that has yet to hit his prime. He has a very unique skill set, with his size, strength, and ability to play multiple positions on the court because of his all around game.

LIAM MCMORROW
Liam McMorrow - Center

Growing up in Toronto, Liam McMorrow took an unlikely path to professional basketball. He played hockey and lacrosse for most of his youth, but after a major growth spurt, and suddenly measuring over 7 feet tall, he began looking at his choice of sports from a different vantage point. Out of high school and having almost no organized basketball experience, McMorrow found himself playing NCAA Division I basketball on a full scholarship at Marquette University.

In 2012, the Iowa Energy of the NBA D-League called his name in the fourth round of the annual D-League Draft. Following his time with the Energy, McMorrow received an invitation to work with world famous NBA trainer, Joe Abunassar, at IMPACT Basketball in Las Vegas. He spent four months at IMPACT training full-time alongside current NBA players before landing on the New York Knicks 2013 Summer League roster.

For the 2013-14 season, McMorrow was signed to Taiwan's top SBL division; playing for the Bank of Taiwan. While abroad, he made the most of his first international experience by regularly posting double-double performances and averaging 16.5 points per game, with 13.0 rebounds per game.

Liam began the 2014-2015 season in the NBL of Canada, playing for the Halifax Rainmen.  He was a dominant force inside and garnered a lot of interest from other leagues around the world.  Ultimately, Liam ended up in the Phillipines for the remainder of the 2015 season where he was an absolute beast, averaging 27.5 ppg and 20.2 rpg.

Fresh off his best season as a professional, Liam was invited to join the Los Angeles Clippers for Summer League in Orlando, Fl.  During his 5 games in Orlando, Liam shot over 80% from the field and dominated the glass.

For the 2015-2016 season, Liam joined the Jiangsu Tongxi of the CBA. During his time in China, Liam averaged 17 points and 10 rebounds, including multiple 30 point outings.  After his time in China, Liam transferred to Yulon Luxgen in Taiwan, where he completed the season.  He finished 3rd in the league in scoring (21.2 ppg) and 1st in rebounding (16.5 rpg) while in Taiwan.

Known for his physical presence and athletic endurance, McMorrow dominates the game on both ends of the court. Possessing great awareness and using his size to his advantage, Liam is constantly challenging opponents and dominates inside the paint. His focus and desire to never stop training has propelled him into one of the elite big men in all of basketball.
